Who we are
DubaiHostessAgency.com is an event staffing service based in Dubai Marina Plaza Tower. We supply hostesses, promoters, brand ambassadors, ushers and team leaders for exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners, product launches and brand activations.
Why a site just for event hostesses
Booking event staff raises specific questions: which role you need, how many people, which languages, how long the shifts run and how to brief the team. This site answers those in one place, so you can plan before you speak to anyone.
How we work
Each person we send has been interviewed in person or on video and reference checked. Before your event, they are briefed on the venue, the timings, the dress code and their tasks. For teams of six or more, a team leader runs the team on site.
How a booking works
- You send the dates, the venue, the hours and the roles you need.
- We send a shortlist with photos, experience and a price, usually within a working day.
- You confirm, and we agree the dress code, the call times and the briefing.
- On the day, the team arrives briefed. If anyone falls ill, we arrange a replacement.
