Exhibition hostesses for trade shows in Dubai

Booth hostesses who welcome visitors, capture leads and keep your stand staffed from the first morning to the last hour of the show.

An exhibition stand only works when someone is there to talk to visitors. Exhibition hostesses greet people walking the aisle, find out what they need and hand the right ones to your sales team. We supply booth staff for trade shows in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, for a single day or the full run of the show.

What exhibition hostesses do on the stand

  • Welcome and qualify visitors. A short opening question, then a quick read of who is a buyer and who is browsing.
  • Lead capture. Scanning badges with your app or device, or taking details on a form, so your team can follow up after the show.
  • Product demonstration. A simple, briefed demonstration of your product or service, with harder questions passed to your staff.
  • Stand management. Keeping brochures and samples stocked, the stand tidy and the counter staffed.
  • Crowd flow. Keeping a busy stand moving at peak hours so nobody walks away.
  • Hospitality. Coffee, water and seating for guests in a meeting area.

Bilingual booth staff

Many shows in Dubai draw visitors from across the region and beyond. We supply English and Arabic speakers, and other languages on request. If your buyers come mainly from one region, tell us early, because a specific language narrows the pool of available staff.

Booking for the full show

Most exhibitors keep the same team for every day of the show. That way the product briefing happens once and the hostesses get better each day. Typical shifts run 8 to 10 hours with a paid break, and long exhibitions are priced per day. For bigger stands, plan staggered breaks so the counter is never empty.

For teams of six or more, a team leader handles the rota, the breaks and your questions on site.

Briefing your exhibition staff

The team will know how to present themselves. What they cannot know is your product. Plan a short product briefing about 48 hours before the doors open and a walkthrough of the stand the day before. Our briefing guide has a full timeline and checklist.

Dress code and badges

Dubai shows expect a polished, modest, business look. Many exhibitors supply branded pieces such as a polo, a scarf or a sash, worn with a neutral base outfit. Exhibitor staff badges usually go through the organiser's exhibitor portal, sometimes with ID copies sent in advance, so start that early.

Where we staff exhibitions

Our teams work at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and other venues across the city, and at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi. Tell us the hall and stand number when you book so call times and entrances are clear.

For product launches and sampling outside the show floor, see promotional staff. To plan a budget, read what moves hostess rates.

Good to know

Questions people ask

What does an exhibition hostess do?

She welcomes visitors to your stand, asks a few qualifying questions, scans or records leads, hands out material and passes serious buyers to your sales team. With a product briefing she can also run a simple demonstration.

How many hostesses do I need for my stand?

It depends on the stand size, the opening hours and your busiest times. Plan for breaks so the stand is never empty. Tell us the stand size and the show hours and we suggest a headcount.

Can the hostesses scan leads?

Yes. Show them your scanner or app during the product briefing and test it before the doors open.

Do you book for the whole show or single days?

Both. Most exhibitors book the same team for every day of the show, so nobody has to be briefed again each morning. Long exhibitions are priced per day.

How early should I book for a big show?

For peak exhibition season and for teams of ten or more, book three to four weeks ahead. For smaller events a week or two is usually enough.
