Event staff team in Dubai at a pre-event briefing with their team leader

Booking event staff from one agency means one brief, one quote and one contact on the day. We supply front-of-house event staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: hostesses, ushers, promoters, brand ambassadors and a team leader to run them.

The roles we staff

Role What they do
Event hostess Welcome desk, registration, badges and guest care
Exhibition hostess Visitor welcome, lead capture and demos on a stand
Usher Front of house, seating, VIP guests and directions between sessions
Promoter Sampling, sign-ups and footfall at activations and roadshows
Brand ambassador Product-trained staff for longer campaigns, with lead lists and feedback
Team leader Briefing, rota, breaks and uniforms for teams of six or more

Every role is available with female and male staff. In Dubai we supply English and Arabic speakers, and other languages on request.

How we pick your staff

Each person we send has been interviewed in person or on video and reference checked. You see photos, experience and a rate for each person before you confirm, plus a total. If you liked a team, you can request the same people again for your next event.

How the team runs on the day

For teams of six or more, the team leader arrives first, checks in with your event manager and runs a short briefing before the doors open. They place staff at their posts, plan the breaks so no post is left empty and move people as the day changes. If anyone falls ill, we arrange a replacement.

Shifts

Typical shifts run 8 to 10 hours with a paid break. Half-day and multi-day bookings are both fine. Long exhibitions are priced per day.

Events we staff

  • Trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Conferences and summits, including registration teams for delegations of 500 guests or more.
  • Gala dinners and award ceremonies.
  • Product launches and corporate dinners.
  • Retail and mall activations and roadshows.
  • Motor shows and sports hospitality.

How to book event staff

  1. Send the brief. Dates, venue, hours, each role and how many people, languages and dress code. A short WhatsApp message is enough to start.
  2. Choose the team. A shortlist with photos, experience and the rate for each person, plus a total, usually within a working day.
  3. Confirm. We brief the team, send call times and give you the team leader's contact.

A week or two is comfortable for most events. For peak exhibition season and teams of ten or more, book three to four weeks ahead. See hostess rates for what changes the price, and our briefing guide for what to send the team.
