You do not need a separate agency for an event in Abu Dhabi. The team that staffs exhibitions and conferences in Dubai also supplies event hostesses for the capital, with the same vetting, the same briefing and one contact from enquiry to the last shift.

Planning a booking in the capital
Give the exact venue. Abu Dhabi venues are spread out. The hall, the entrance and the call time all shape the plan and the quote.
Allow for early starts. Exhibition and conference days often start before the doors open to the public. Early call times are planned into the booking.
Check venue rules. Some venues ask for staff names in advance for security or badges. Send the list early.
Public activations. Malls ask for written approval, and public activations may need a permit from DCT Abu Dhabi.
Who we send
Each person is interviewed in person or on video, reference checked and briefed on your event. You see photos and short profiles first. Female and male staff are both available, and we supply English and Arabic speakers, with other languages on request.
For teams of six or more, a team leader runs the briefing, the rota and the breaks on site.
Shifts
Typical shifts run 8 to 10 hours with a paid break. Half days and multi-day bookings are both possible, and long exhibitions are priced per day.
How to book
Send the dates, the venue, the hours, the roles and how many staff you need. We reply with a shortlist and a price, usually within a working day. Read what affects hostess rates if you want to plan the budget first.
